The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin were founded in 1997 to help injured people receive the compensation the law provides. Our firm has grown from the two employees and 30 clients it started with to over 100 employees and thousands of clients. We have been involved in several high profile personal injury cases that have been covered by the media. We have an active accident injury litigation and trial practice. We have the experience, ability and commitment to take a client’s case to court, or wherever necessary, to seek justice on their behalf.
In the Summer of 2007 we expanded our practice into intellectual property protection, starting specifically with patent infringement. We do not and will not defend patent infringers.
We litigate intellectual property infringement cases on contingency, which we believe sets us apart from most other firms. We do not charge hourly fees, and we operate with no cost reviews.
