On June 26, 2008, Saxon Innovations, LLC filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple, Inc., Acer, Inc., Dell, Inc., Gateway, Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Co., alleging the companies violated several of its patents related to wireless communications.
